A wholesale invoice with two delivery addresses
A fictional wholesaler bills one company for goods sent to two branches. Keep the legal buyer on the invoice and preserve the branch delivery references separately. Do not create two customer identities just because the destination changes.
Bring these to the setup session
- Buyer legal name
- Branch delivery notes
- One payment allocation
Prove the result before daily use
Run this example with fictional data first. Check the buyer, dates, totals, ledger effect and payment balance together. Keep unresolved items on an exception list and agree who will resolve them. A successful screen demonstration is not proof that every tax or e-invoicing scenario is supported.
This example is a planning exercise, not a claim about businesses in this area or a local customer case study. We do not have an office in this location.
