Start with where work happens
If one office computer owns day-to-day posting, a local desktop workflow may suit it. If several people need remote access, define their roles and connectivity needs first. Do not assume every cloud product supports independent offline posting.
Read the licence boundary
One-time purchase should explain which edition is licensed and what future updates or support cost. Annual cloud should disclose users, entities, storage, backups and renewal terms. ASP exchange may carry separate recurring charges in either model.
The UAE Books plan
We plan a 14-day trial followed by either a one-time desktop licence or an annual cloud subscription. Prices and service limits will be published before sales begin. The current development preview does not activate a commercial trial or licence.
