Confirm the actual role
An accounting software company and an Accredited Service Provider are not automatically the same organisation. Ask who supplies each service, where the contract sits and how current accreditation can be checked through the official programme.
Ask for failure handling
Request a demonstration of a rejected invoice, an uncertain submission result and an outage. Ask how duplicate sending is prevented, who handles support escalation, and what evidence can be exported when you leave.
Compare the whole bill
List setup, subscription, per-document fees, inbound documents, retention, support, additional entities and exit/export charges. Record what is included in writing. UAE Books has not yet connected a live ASP and should not be selected on the assumption that it already provides accredited exchange.
